A dedicated engagement for An Coimisiún Pleanála, combining platform access, structured training, and hands on support for inspectors from the outset of the project through to completion.
This proposal sets out a complete engagement with An Coimisiún Pleanála: 10 Newcode licences, a bundle of 25 implementation and support hours, and structured training delivered by the Newcode team throughout this project.
Inspectors will be supported throughout by structured training, live working sessions with the Newcode team, and weekly hands on check ins as the project progresses.
Training is delivered through Newcode's L&D platform. Every session is recorded with a formal completion record, giving An Coimisiún Pleanála full control over training standards and over who has access to the platform. The platform gives An Coimisiún Pleanála the ability to control and manage individual levels of access in line with its own internal standards and governance framework, and to deploy the tool for this project on its own terms. This engagement is an opportunity to test that model in practice and to see how it would operate across the wider organisation.
Once the project is complete, the L&D platform remains available on an annual subscription, providing ongoing AI literacy training in line with EU AI Act requirements. This is essential to supporting responsible AI use and adoption, and it means Newcode is your partner for all your AI needs: platform, training, governance and ongoing support.

The engagement is delivered across three workstreams. Together these make up the ten licences and a support bundle set out in the pricing section below.
